2015 Walk For Wishes - Southeast Michigan
Michigan for the 17th Annual Walk For Wishes® - Southeast Michigan on May 2, 2015 at the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak.
In 2014, walkers in Southeast Michigan helped raise more than $400,000 to help grant the wishes of Michigan children with life-threatening medical conditions, making it the largest grossing Make-A-Wish walk in the country. Join us May 2 and help us keep that record!

7 AM Registration opens outside of main zoo entrance
8:30 AM Opening ceremony with WXYZ Anchor Alicia Smith and wish child
9 AM Ribbon cutting with wish children and walk begins
FEES AND FUNDRAISING MINIMUMS
There are no registration fees to attend the event. Each walk participant is encouraged to raise a minimum of $100.

More than 3,000 attend 2014 Walk for Wishes at the zoo
More than 3,000 participants raised nearly $380,000 during our 16th Annual Walk For Wishes - Southeast Michigan at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday, May 3. The 2014 Walk For Wishes, sponsored by J. Ferrantino Charitable Foundation, was the largest grossing Make-A-Wish walk in the country. The event was emceed for the third consecutive year by WXYZ Channel 7 Anchor Alicia Smith.
