Six years ago, Brian Barr didn't even own a road bike and couldn't fathom cycling three miles, let alone 300 miles. Now, the 53-year-old Birmingham resident will be one of more than 1,200 road bikers participating in the 28th annual Wish-A-Mile Bicycle Tour.
